‘Very Horrific Case’: SC Halts Kuldeep Sengar’s Bail In Unnao Rape Case

The Supreme Court has put on hold the Delhi High Court’s decision granting bail to Kuldeep Sengar in the Unnao gang rape case.

‘Inclined to stay the order,’ stated the Chief Justice of India regarding the suspension of Sengar’s sentence. During the hearing, the CBI described the case as ‘extremely horrific’ while opposing Sengar’s bail in the Supreme Court.
