The Monsoon Session will be held from July 21 to August 21, 2025, excluding August 13-14. The session is expected to include debates and discussions on the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor.
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju announced on social media that the Government will convene the Monsoon Session of Parliament from July 21 to August 21, 2025, with no sittings on the 13th and 14th of August due to Independence Day celebrations.
“The Hon’ble President of India has approved the proposal of the Government to convene the Monsoon Session of Parliament from 21st July to 21st August, 2025. In view of the Independence Day celebrations, there will be no sittings on the 13th and 14th of August,” Rijiju posted.
