The family is yet to issue a statement on the matter. An investigation has been started to find out whether he was suffering from depression. His phone is also under scrutiny to find clues to his death.

What Pritam Said About Dilip And Rinku's Marriage

Srinjoy (Pritam) had expressed heartfelt support for his mother's recent marriage to Dilip Ghosh. Though unable to attend the ceremony last month due to being out of town, Srinjoy had said he was genuinely happy about the union. Speaking to ABP Ananda, he shared that while he wished he could have been present, his absence didn't diminish his joy. "I'm very happy for my mother," he said. "She has finally found someone to settle down with, and I'm glad they share the same values and beliefs."

Srinjoy acknowledged how Rinku, who had been divorced for over a decade, had single-handedly managed familial responsibilities for 13 years.  He said it was now time for his mother to focus on her own happiness. He also revealed that he had met and spoken with Dilip Ghosh multiple times and had accepted him as a father figure. "At a certain age, having someone to fill that emotional vacuum means a lot," he noted.

Srinjoy had also said he planned to gift the couple something special upon his return.
